  1. This is absolutely true. With advances in the understanding of brain science and neuroplasticity scientists have been discovering how to stimulate brain change. At the same time, their ability to conduct brain scans showing brain activity and detailed changes in brain density show that intensive training can promote the production of new brain cells and widespread changes in the brain. Very exciting times.
