Brain Exercise can delay memory loss

According to a recent study conducted by Charles Hall of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York, any form of brain exercise like reading, writing, doing crossword puzzles, playing cards or board games, participating in group discussions and playing a musical instrument can delay the onset of memory loss or what is also known as Dementia, whilst playing scientifically proven brain exercise games can be more effective at improving memory loss. So keep your mind active to waive off the effects of aging.
