Improve Your Memory with New Face-Recognition Training

How many times have you run into a friend or acquaintance and, for the life of you, could not remember their name? Indeed forgetting a person’s name, even though we may recognize their face, can leave us feeling terribly embarrassed and inadequate. Unfortunately with age, and without proper training to help you improve your memory, in this case your “face-name” memory skills, we all lose our ability to match people’s names with their faces.

Our ability to recognize faces begins developing as early as infancy. In fact, scientific studies indicate that people are born with some capacity to recognize faces as early as 43 minutes after birth. This particular cognitive skill continues to develop until adolescence, at which point it begins to decline, as do our memory capacities in general when not adequately maintained through effective training designed to improve your memory.
