Brain Games help ADHD Sufferers

Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) which results in impulsivity, inattention, and inability to sit still is said to be associated with a deficiency of dopamine, a chemical in the brain that helps regulate behavior, mood, and movement. Till now doctors were prescribing stimulant medication like Ritalin to help fight this disorder. However, Amnon Gimpel, MD, author of Brain Exercises to Cure ADHD, on the basis of his research, suggests that brain games and exercises can help you increase dopamine levels and thus treat ADHD.
