Brain Training Science

Keep focused for Longer

Douglas McGregor, an American psychologist, wrote his now in famous "X-Y theory" as part of his 1960 book 'The Human Side Of Enterprise'. Theory x and theory y are commonky referred to in the process of business management and motivation. Mcgregor's X-Y Theory is still a valid scientific principle used to develop positive management style in order to ensure strong employee focus in the workplace.

McGregor's X-Y theory is a concept encompassing a range of natural rules for managing people in the workplace, which due to modern business pressures is often forgoten.

McGregor stated after his extensive research that there are two basic approaches to managing staff. Many managers tend towards theory x, and generally get poor results. Enlightened managers use theory y, which produces better performance and results, and allows people to grow and develop.

Following the understanding of this research, business managers would do well to spend time and effort in promting staff mental and memory agility. Brain games are an integral part of this process, allowing employees to train their brain and improve their ability to focus at work for longer.
